Our group's aims are to have enjoyable walks following a variety of country paths and lanes finishing at a Pub to enjoy a meal together. The walks are normally within a 20-mile radius of Whitchurch and we operate a car sharing scheme. Our walks are usually between 4.5 and 6 miles long and where practical a second shorter walk is offered, we also try to minimise the number of stiles!

Amazingly since 2013 we have hardly ever been rained off!

Our walks are always on the 2nd and 4th Thursday mornings in the month we meet at Sherrymill Hill Car Park SY13 lBN in Whitchurch at 9.30 am aiming to leave at 9.40 am sharing car journeys to a Pub (usually) where the walks start and finish, we then enjoy a lunch together but this is optional.

In the summer months we try to plan different types of walks including river or boat trip rides or picnics.
